I Love to See the Temples

Our friend Gapi came to visit us so while she was here I thought it would be good to visit the temple Open house in Tucson. So off we went. My van has given me cause for concern in the past but I thought it would be fine. Just two hours away. However it didn't like doing those two hours in the desert heat and started acting up once we got into Tucson. We miraculously made it to the church building. And enjoyed touring the temple. We decided the van wouldn't make it back home so we rented the first available van, a 15-seater. It was a rough day. The pictures show smiles, but there were also tears. Long story short, we got a new van and it's a huge blessing. We know that God was watching over us.

Mr Partytime got his tonsils and adenoids out at the beginning of summer. He was a trooper. He stayed the night in the hospital. He would've enjoyed the hospital stay if he weren't in so much pain. It was really rough for him, poor guy. And life was quieter at home for a week or two.

We were happy to welcome summertime. Not happy the weather gets so hot but happy to be out of school.

We just adore this girl!
